Refunds (if applicable):

 - Once your request for a refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

 - If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days. 

- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Influencer Growth Program. Refund requests can be made via our email support@growthofinfluence.com 

- Physical products (books and t-shirts) are not refundable.

 - The renewal fees of our membership program and the yearly option are strictly not refundable. No exceptions can be made from our customer support.

 - If purchased via credit card, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 - If purchased via your bank account, please contact your bank, there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

- Membership costs if vouchers (coupons) have been used to order physical items at a 100% discount from any of our partner websites.

Shipping issues:

 - All orders lost in the transit will be resent to our customers after 15-60 days after the initial attempt. As the item(s) is/are on transit GrowthOfInfluence will not proceed with a refund.

 - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 - Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
